Techlead - General Blades Process

We are looking for Production Engineers to become part of our team of engineers and technicians. The team is responsible for manufacturing process design and development in relation to blade manufacturing. So if you hold a bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, some years of experience with similar working tasks and are attracted by an international environment with a high level of activity – you might be the person we are looking for.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Set safety as first priority, hereby in line with HS&E policy
  • Create stacking and packaging specifications for glass and core kits manufactured internally or externally
  • Optimization of material consumption, processing time and cost in collaboration with our stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) based on Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA)
  • Part of creating PRS - Process Requirement Specifications for the processes in the area in combination with our stakeholders
  • Engineering Change Management (ECM) - Case handling in relation to the above topics and secure controlled implementation
  • Close contact and anchor point with all Blade factories to be able to support and deliver as agreed


We are looking for a candidate with an Engineering degree (Production or Process), either Bachelor or Master level. Further we expect that you have experience with:

  • LEAN and Six Sigma Tools
  • CAD Software
  • Glassfibre handling or experience from relevant industry (Textile)
  • Cutting tables from equipment suppliers such as Lectra, Gunnar or equivalent
  • Running optimization and process development projects in manufacturing environments
  • PFMEA and control plans
  • You also have good communication skills in English, orally and written.


As a person you are capable of driving/technical projects cross departments and cultures. Ideally you are certified into project management. Further you:

  • Are capable of solving problems by using relevant methods and tool, e.g. Six Sigma
  • Are experienced in making risk assessment by using relevant FMEA tools
  • Innovate from own work as well as from teamwork, including external stakeholders
  • Have the ability to work with complex solution covering tools, processes and materials
  • Have strong documentation and specification skills
  • Are ambitious and have a collaborative mindset towards stakeholders
  • Are extrovert and you have strong communication skills
  • Thrive in an international and multi-cultural environment
