Support the Upstream Board Member and the leadership team in implementing the Upstream strategy by successfully realizing business projects in the Performance and Portfolio Management and Process Governance context;
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of functional experts during the global implementation of a Portfolio & Planning system (Integrated IT system enhancing collaboration for Resource, Reserves, Planning, Portfolio, Economics and Financial data) until Mid-2020;
Optimize the Upstream Business Division by reviewing performance, portfolio, processes and strategic targets, by aligning and proposing improvements and by monitoring the implementation;
Steer and manage projects as well as initiatives from the diagnostic phase to delivery, including monitoring and control;
Develop solutions self-reliantly for complex problems and takes full responsibility for the outcomes of all projects delivered;
Representative of Performance, Portfolio and Planning department as strong partner within the division and entire OMV group;
Lead, coach and develop assigned project team members;
Deputy of the Head of Performance, Portfolio and Planning Services, Analysis and Evaluation for project relevant topics in case of absence.
University degree Master/Diploma in business administration, petroleum engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years relevant professional experience;
Excellent knowledge of Upstream industry and OMV group;
Strong project/program management experience, with at least 5 years of professional experience in managing projects;
Solid leadership skills and profound experience in top management communication;
Results driven, proactive approach and high autonomy;
High degree of interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders.
