For our location in Munich (alternative home office) we are looking for a committed, flexible, performance-oriented and self-responsible reinforcement in the field of technical marketing (with focus on Austria and Switzerland) . As a specialist in Technical Marketing, you will work directly with our Sales Team in the markets and will therefore be the first point of contact for technical questions for our customers and for organizational interfaces regarding technical questions. This requires a high degree of flexibility, motivation and reliability. Do you enjoy working with people and are you interested in the challenge of working as the link between technology and sales? Responsibilities

  • Contact person for sales and direct customers for product-related questions;
  • Development of technical solutions for product applications;
  • Development, maintenance and further development of product-related training documents and training tools;
  • Expansion and maintenance of contacts with energy suppliers and grid operators as well as industry committees;
  • Development and implementation of structured qualification measures in sales (product training);
  • Conduct customer training via online tools or on-site support at the customer's site;
  • Updating and revision of technical documentation;
  • Collaboration in product and market-related competitor analyses;
  • Support for product launches.

Requirements

  • Completed studies (BA) with initial experience (internships or trainee program) in the field of renewable energies or technical training with several years (preferably practical) professional experience in the field of renewable energies with a focus on photovoltaics;
  • Affinity to technical products and renewable energy (a must!);
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Programming skills (VBA) are an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Modbus interfaces and Modbus programming skills are an advantage;
  • Fluent in written and spoken language in German and English, other foreign languages (French) are an advantage;
  • Independent and proactive working style, commitment, ability to work in a team, very good communication skills;
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40%).
