MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the implementation and roll-out activities of the E&P Project Improvement project to develop processes and procedures; guidelines, regulations and templates in project management for Group E&P project managers and team members;
  • Support the operation and continuous improvement of E&P Knowledge Management systems, prepare reports on the system usage, highlight results and problems, while collaborate closely with E&P Senior management;
  • Support colleagues by regularly organizing trainings within Group E&P division, providing project management support, collect and share knowledge and best practices;
  • Challenge as-is project management practices and continuously seek for improvement possibilities and propose changes;
  • Identify, develop, implement and monitor new project planning and management methodologies and tools for Group E&P;
  • Contribute and support Group E&P Project Managers in preparation of high quality project reports to senior management and decision makers. Ensure, that key project related status reports are prepared and issued timely and in quality to top management and drive the continuous improvement of the reports;
  • Organize and facilitate Project Management events and workshops to support knowledge transfer and project reporting;
  • Identify, analyze, collect, store and disseminate key experiences and lessons learned by Group E&P projects teams to ensure delivery of upcoming successful projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bsc+ in Engineering or Economics;
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience (out of which at least 2 year in the Oil and Gas industry);
  • Fluency in English is a must;
  • Solid background in project management;
  • Experience in change management including experience in defining processes and procedures;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills related to change management, training and contributing to project teams;
  • Leadership approach;
  • Ability to balance deadlines and multiple competing priorities;
  • Process and service oriented thinking;
  • Strong work ethics;
  • Willingness to undertake short international travels;
  • Advantage: PMI/PRINCE2 certification; Microsoft Project expertise.
