PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Marketing of LPG products (purified gases, pentanes) at best possible conditions. Focusing and reacting on market needs and opportunities, having good understanding on supply/demand trend. Developing customer portfolio by effective opportunity seeking, capturing the most profitable ones.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Negotiates with business partners, concludes sales contracts. Services existing accounts, maximizes prices, obtains orders. Responsible for the coordination of sales contracts’ conclusion, negotiation of business and contractual conditions and the approval process in compliance with LDA;
  • Maintains partner relations: keeps personal contacts, follows performance of contracts, volumes sold, margins achieved and outstanding receivables, handles claims and manages business partners' issues. Takes part in the investigation of complaints, analysis of identified problems, finding solutions and managing issues;
  • Aligns with the business (sales/trading) strategy and responsible for the implementation of them in his/her defined scope;
  • Identifies and permanently develops business opportunities in respect of acquiring new business partners and broadening the range of products and services supplied to customers for maximising profit. Follows up the sales prospects and turns them into business;
  • Gathers information on market and customers, delivers reports and presentations to support commercial activities. Takes part in planning (BP, Tactical Planning, Sources/Sales plan) processes, provides information on potential sales for optimisation;
  • Analyses sales broken down to customers and product groups in the assigned area, evaluates business alternatives, proposes sales plan for the area owned in line with the strategy;
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge. Keeps operative contacts with organisational units within MOL Group if and when required;
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with the effective laws, regulations and corporate directives as well as for meeting the requirements of quality management system within the business;
  • Takes part in LPG sales development projects.

Requirements:

EDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCES:

  • University or college degree (economist);
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the oil industry;
  • Knowledge of economics, foreign trade, logistics, production, legal;
  • MS Office, SAP knowledge;
  • Fluent English knowledge;
  • B category driving license.
