We experience a rapid growth in the demand for our services all over the world and thus also an increased demand for our civil engineering services. As our previous manager has chosen to seek other opportunities, we are currently looking for a new experienced and technical strong people manager. With reference to the Divisional Director, Engineering, you will be responsible for building the department and services around a mutually agreed strategy.
You are an openminded and inclusive leader with a high level of personal engagement and drive, and you are willing to walk the extra mile to achieve business goals and great results. From previous experience you know how to uphold the required level of quality in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key, and you have a holistic view with the ability to keep focus on the critical details. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and know how to network and communicate at all levels and with different cultures.
