What we do:

You will join the growing Marketing & Communications team which currently consists of six passionate and committed professionals located in Oslo and Düsseldorf. We are part of a wider Strategy & Development unit that spans Communication, Marketing, HR and Strategy.

Your role:

  • You represent the voice of the customer and translate complex solutions and capabilities into messaging;
  • You back up strategic insights with market evidence and competitor analysis. Based on your knowledge you define the communication segmentation and lead the development of positioning and messaging in order to drive brand awareness and demand;
  • You grow our customer base and support the retention of existing customers by developing marketing plans for the products you support, including key activities and budgets;
  • You manage and create content to support all the above including whitepapers, presentations, product videos, customer success stories, blog posts, infographics, webinars, and more;
  • You assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes;
  • You manage a complex network of stakeholders in a global company and work closely with other members of marketing, sales, business developments and product owners.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master preferred;
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B product marketing;
  • Driven team player with ability and ambition to deliver results;
  • Strong analytical/conceptual thinker and a creative, independent problem-solver;
  • Structured and consistent but comfortable operating in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to craft compelling stories, collateral, and tools around energy products and services;
  • Strong PowerPoint skills;
  • Convincing communicator and good inter-personal skills, enabling engagement across functions;
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
