The main responsibility is to support the development of strategic and large projects for improving the Units, aligned with the MOL Group 2030 Strategy. Driving the right projects that either fit the strategic future vision or ensures improved efficiencies or licence to operate of current assets. Developing the right projects options and ensuring the technical scope matches the strategic end game. Requires strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Ensures a strong learning culture of improvement by implementing lessons learnt, developing best practices.
