TASKS

  • Responsible for market share and sales targets in the region;
  • Analyze the market for potential new clients and accounts for CSI and structure the respective customer levels and opportunities;
  • Acquisition of new customers in the solar sector and further development of existing accounts;
  • Building sustainable customer relationships through regular on-site visits;
  • Regular presence at trade fairs and customer-related events;
  • Good knowledge of own and competitor product portfolios (modules and other BOS components);
  • Regular reporting and data management in the CRM system (SalesForce);
  • Negotiating all contractual conditions; preparations of quotes for both product and solution offers;
  • Ability to make reliable forecasts;
  • Interface to order processing regarding supply, delivery and payments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business studies or other, qualitatively appropriate training;
  • Should have at least 5 years working experience in a solar energy environment;
  • Strong knowledge and networks in the field of solar business;
  • Experience with value selling and designing an account penetration strategy/plan;
  • Familiar with the pursuing interests of the clients in the different solar business sectors (distributor, developer, EPC, banks etc.);
  • High proficiency of MS Office applications and Sales Force.

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent in German and English, skills in other languages will be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and intercultural skills; ability to interact professionally with people at all levels of the organization, including executive management in an international environment
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and under pressure;
  • Collect and share competitive information from the field to assist in marketing strategies;
  • Participation in the weekly calls and regular presence in Munich headquarters;
  • Available to travel +- 40% of the time.
