You will be heading our Asset Management department and be part of our management group with direct reference to our CEO. You will be the technical and commercial lead of all on- and offshore wind and PV projects in operation. It will be your primary responsibility to deliver top of the line service to our customers and to make sure that the assets in our portfolio are performing at their absolute best. Our current asset portfolio consists of 1.2 GW and we expect it grow significantly due to the future construction of own plants as well as third-party contracts.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and leading our Commercial and Technical team which today is consisting of 14 colleagues. You will be internationalizing the team and create a Pan-European Asset Management department with colleagues located close to our assets. You will be hands on acquiring new customers and business partners and on delivering best in class service products.

All our projects and assets involve close cooperation with financial, legal, and commercial colleagues as well as external stakeholders. You will contribute to create best practice solutions, optimize our services, and help us excel performing asset management.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Head and develop your team, including goal setting, performance management, coaching and training;
  • Optimize and deliver best-in-class asset management;
  • Strategic and hands on development and expansion of our asset management portfolio;
  • Implementation of asset management and maintenance programs.

Professional skills we expect from you:

  • You have completed a master at university level or an equivalent institution within engineering or economics;
  • At least 8-10 years of experience, preferably from a similar role;
  • Experience with the renewable energy industry, primarily in wind and solar technologies;
  • Full professional proficiency in English, Danish/German is an advantage;
  • Strong leadership skills.

It is essential that you possess strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and that you are motivated by completing projects successfully and going the extra mile. It is very important that you have the leadership skills to motivate and develop your team.
