You will have the daily team lead responsibility including allocation of tasks and projects in the team as well as motivation and support of employees. As a Business Process Specialist you will develop, update and implement processes and management system documents within Operations and across MHI Vestas Offshore functions. You will take the lead in actively involving all relevant stakeholders in the process work. You will ensure that processes are aligned across the organisation, supporting the business strategy and complying with the HSE and Quality requirements.
…has at least 5 years of experience working with Business Processes in a large, international organisation with a complex value chain. You hold a degree in a related field, e.g. Business Administration, Business Economics or Business Engineering. Leadership experience is an important advantage but not a prerequisite. You must have the aspiration and interest to work as a leader and to support, inspire and develop a team of highly skilled and engaged employees.
