Welcome to the EMEA and APAC sales team

The close-knit team consists of other key account managers, engineers and technical resources that support customers within the wind energy supply chain and the wind turbine aftermarket. So here, you can look forward to working with some of the major players in the wind turbine industry, i.e. wind turbine manufacturers, suppliers, owners and operators.

Develop solid relationships to key customers

As our new senior key account manager, you will be responsible for introducing and selling our highly complex and technical solutions to new target customers and increasing growth of our existing customers with new solutions.

To ensure you meet your customers’ needs and expectations, you will work closely with our internal engineering and operations departments to develop product and go-to-market strategies for our hardware and software offerings which are designed to improve turbine performance and reduce operational costs.

In short, your key tasks will be to:

  • Manage your customer accounts and identify and develop new business opportunities;
  • Collaborate with Procurement, our distribution center and management on the development of new solutions that meet customer needs;
  • Provide input to processes and procedures, ensuring they are continuously maintained and improved in a lean and effective manner;
  • Manage and build relationships with your customers throughout Europe and Asia, travelling up to 50% of the time to do so;
  • Solid sales experience and great communication skills.

You are a team player, and you know that the key to success is building solid relationships. Using your excellent communication skills, you make ideas and solutions come alive, and your interpersonal skills allow you to navigate easily across borders and functions.

Moreover, you:

  • Have 5+ years of B2B sales experience – and experience from the wind energy industry is a requirement;
  • Have a technical background that enables you to understand the solutions used in the wind turbine industry and help your customers develop customized components and solutions;
  • Have experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Axapta and CRM systems;
  • Speak and write English effortlessly.
